LED me show you

It’s been a while since we last spoke, but if you thought we were just doing nothing, well you’re mistaken. Of course we’ve been keeping ourselves busy 9 to 5 at the day job and also been working on some projets here and there. Now that we are done, we would like to give you a sneak peek!

Superfunky art show

For our annual Christmas art show / party marathon we deciced to do a LED light installation. Therefore I got an Arduino and some LED strips, arranged it in a geometrical shape and soldered the connections. After that I programmed a couple of routines that should add up to several minutes of light show. See the video below for a preview.

Your own LED project

If you are interested in doing an LED project yourself, go check out the Arduino webpage, the Adafruit website or sparkfun. You can also find ready made code on github. It’s easier than it sounds and a lot of fun!

But wait, there’s more

For promotional reasons we also recorded some mixes that will be released every advent Sunday. My mix this year consists of some of my favourite house tracks in my record collection. It a vinyl only mix, including mostly UK house tracks by artists like Dusky, Huxley, Paul Woolford and many more. You can stream the mix or download it on soundcloud, see below. Enjoy!
